This policy explains what RV Directory USA collects, why, and what your choices are.

What we collect

When you submit a park, leave a review, or contact us, we collect the information you choose to provide (name, email address, message, and the details you submit). We use it only to handle your request, moderate content, and reply to you. We do not sell it.

Location search.The “near me” finder asks your browser for your location to sort parks by distance. The coordinates are sent to our server only as an anonymous search query, are not linked to you, and are not stored.

Reviews. Your name and review text are published after moderation. Your email address is kept for moderation contact only and never shown. We store a one-way hash of your IP address to prevent duplicate reviews.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used, and Google AdSense to show advertising that keeps the site free. These services may set cookies and, depending on your consent, use them for personalized advertising. In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, no advertising or analytics cookies are set until you consent, and you can change your choice at any time via the “Privacy & cookie settings” link in the footer.

Public park data

Park listings come from public sources (chiefly OpenStreetMap), the parks' own public websites, and direct submissions. If your park is listed and you wish to correct or remove the listing, contact us and we will act promptly.

Retention

Contact messages and submissions are kept only as long as needed to handle them. Published reviews remain until you ask us to remove them. To request deletion of anything you sent us, email hello@rvdirectoryusa.com.

Children

The site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
